Therapy in London for Individuals, Couples & Families

Beheard Therapy provides individual, couples and family therapy for adults, young people and families, with sessions available in person and online. With more than 20 years of experience, we support people experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship difficulties and other mental health challenges.

How We Can Help

Over two decades of child, adolescent and family work experience enable us to offer supportive and effective individual, couple, group and family psychological care and treatment.

We support individuals, couples and families experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship difficulties, parenting challenges and significant changes in their lives. Therapy is tailored to your circumstances, goals and preferred way of working.

A Supportive and Collaborative Approach

Our approach is supportive, collaborative and tailored to each client. We provide a safe, confidential and non-judgemental space where you can explore what is happening, identify what you would like to change and agree meaningful goals for therapy.

Rather than applying the same approach to everyone, we work with you to understand your strengths, relationships and circumstances. Where appropriate, we can also provide practical guidance to help you apply what is discussed during therapy in everyday life.

Sessions are available in person at our London locations or online, depending on your needs and preferences.

What Clients Say

Inividual Therapy Client

One of the things I value most about working with Gabi is that she helps me make sense of things. She’s easy to talk to, never judgemental and has a way of asking questions that help me see things differently. I always leave sessions feeling clearer and with a better understanding of myself.

Family & Individual Therapy Client

After the breakdown of my marriage, I needed someone to speak to who was able to listen, to ask sometimes probing questions and who was able to help me process the breakdown. Gabi was that person for me, she helped me overcome past trauma, understand the impact of my upbringing and digest past disappointments. At the same time, she has kept me focused on the present, the possibilities I have now and made me focus on my current choices. She also supported me in building a better relationship with my son while also pointing out the positive changes that have occurred. I am grateful for her support and knowledge.

Long-Term Therapy Client

Someone who established a safe space from the first session, where I felt heard and comfortable enough to talk, but also to listen to my own words being given back to me to reflect upon and hear again with another understanding when presented back to me. A place to acknowledge my joy as well as my wounds, and permission for my silence when I struggle.
